Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods; or
  • if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies only insofar as the legal requirements for the exclusion of the right of withdrawal are met.

Here's how it works:

  • Order your MinaDays package.

  • Try MinaDays at your leisure.

  • If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, simply contact us by email at info@minadays.com.

In this case, we will refund the purchase price of the first tested product.

A return of already opened hygiene products is not required for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Important notes

  • The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary additional service of MinaDays GmbH and applies independently of statutory warranty or withdrawal rights.

  • The guarantee applies exclusively to initial orders and once per household.

  • The guarantee only covers products purchased directly through the official MinaDays online shop.

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method.
