Can I return the tampons?

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our products. We want to offer you the best possible service and explain here when a return or refund is possible:

 In these cases, we offer you a refund:

• Medical reaction: If you had a medical reaction to the tampons. Please contact your doctor. And please also inform us in this case.

• Order not received: If your order has not arrived.

• Allegedly faulty products: Our tampons deliberately do not contain bleach. If you notice a discoloration, it is from the CBD oil - this is completely normal and does not affect safety. If there is still a product defect, please contact us.

• Cancellation before shipment: If you have already paid, but your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it.

Partial refunds are possible if:

• Damaged packaging: The packaging of your order was heavily damaged upon delivery. Please send us photos so we can understand the situation.

• Bundle cancellation: You wish to cancel your subscription, but the current box has already been shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:

• Subjective evaluation: You found the absorbency of the tampons to be insufficient.
