1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between Minadays (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") that are concluded via the website, by email, telephone, or other means.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products or services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The provider can accept this offer within 5 working days by express acceptance or by executing the order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All stated prices are in Euros and include, unless otherwise stated, the statutory VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply.
Payment can be made by advance payment, PayPal, credit card, or another agreed payment method.

5. Delivery and Performance Time

Deliveries are made subject to availability. Delivery dates are non-binding unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping company.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Information on the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal form are provided separately or can be found on the website.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.
The provider is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In the case of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is - as far as legally permissible - the registered office of Minadays.
