How do I use the tampons?
1. Wash hands.
2. Remove tampon from packaging and insert according to instructions.
3. Insert carefully into the vagina, just like a regular tampon.
4. Wear only for the specified duration. Do not wear longer than recommended.
5. To remove, slowly pull out by the retrieval string and then wash hands.
